We absolutely loved our visit to Bubble CiTea! The vibes were fun and welcoming, and the seasonal KitKat drinks were a total delight. Creamy, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced they tasted like a cozy treat in a cup. A must-try for anyone craving something sweet, festive, and a little bit nostalgic. We’ll definitely be coming back for more! 💛🧋✨
I buy bubble tea from here all the time as theirs is the best from all the places I have tried. Yesterday, they were giving out free drinks due to National Bubble Tea Day ( I didn't even know that was a thing), we popped down to get one and have to say how well organised it was and how friendly and efficient the staff were even though they had a constant line of customers. The staff are so lovely that two of the staff members even stopped to help a young boy who they noticed had sat down on the floor and was not looking to well. Such a kind thing to do. Keep it up team x
Amazing drinks, not just your standard crushed iced drink these have depth and flavour. I definitely recommend opting for the bubbles. They really had a great twist to the drink. I personally went for the mango with raspberry bubbles & cannot fault it. In my opinion they are just a little bit overpriced but definitely worth it for a treat
Absolutely amazing service! My girl bought bubble tea for the first time. She wasn’t sure if she would like the topping, as she’s quite fussy about some food textures. She had strawberry, but she couldn’t eat it at all. We asked to have it removed, and the gentleman did it without any problem. Absolutely recommended!
RACISM if I could rate this zero stars I would. The blonde girl who claimed to be the manager of this kiosk who I assume is called Rachel from previous reviews has an absolutely disgusting attitude. I asked about the menu as i was confused and a blonde lady who was on till by herself in the kiosk answered sharply and very condescendingly “what is there to be confused about”. I was taken back by this and ordered a drink that she suggested ( dirty milk tea) the way she spoke to me was as if she was superior to me in some way shape or form. I felt racially attacked as I believe she was rude purely off of my religion as before I even got to the till faces were been pulled. As she passed me my drink aggressively by slamming it down, she then shouted in an argumentative manner “You’re welcome”. This needs to stop and judging by other people’s reviews this isn’t the first time someone has felt a racially motivated attack from Rachel. (p.s this was not today however have not got round to writing this situation down yet).
