Beware of this accountant, they do not DO what is AGREED in a contract! Customer service is absolutely appalling and horrible, never get a response always try and palm you off to someone else. Paid these cowboys £300 cash?? Where did it go?? Supposedly was filing my tax return but surprisingly they never did! Please DO NOT USE THEM OR AT LEAST BE AWARE!!!

Please beware when using these cowboys, I had paid these to file a tax return which they never did, the customer service is appalling I’ve been passed about and told 4 times they was going to look in to it but never did so had to file it myself and now I have a fine over £1600 thank guys taking peoples money and not doing your job absolutely ridiculous avoid at all costs.

I payed £500 in cash as requested for them to do my tax return which I thought went OK until the tax office wrote to me and said that they hadn't reserved it. I am now on to my 5th phone call to A J Malik & co and all they say is "ill ring you back " I will never use this account again.

Get appointment for 2 days later showed up on time they seated us in waiting room for 30 minutes no apologies at all serving other customers at same time. Pissed of walked out looking for an other accountant. Sorry guys we also have customers and need to treat them on a professional manner.
