Brilliant experience! From the very first enquiry Dastan (owner) made the whole process super easy for me. Communication was excellent and he kept me updated at every step, offered clear advice on next actions, and was always quick to respond to my questions. I live 330 miles from the showroom so this could have made things tricky, but Dastan was incredibly accommodating. On request, he sent me a detailed walkaround video of the vehicle, a cold start with a view under the bonnet whilst the engine running, and a full interior and exterior tour. The car had higher miles than I would typical consider for a used car (78,000) however the spec and condition was incredible and at a fair price. When I asked if there were any scratches or marks at all, no matter how small, Dastan was fully transparent about a tiny scratch on the front splitter. Even better, he had it professionally repaired before I came to collect the car just two days later. The car itself was exactly as described and absolutely immaculate. As an extra touch, Dastan filled the tank for my long journey home, which was much appreciated. The showroom is full of stunning “like new” vehicles, and the entire buying experience left a great impression which I’m often skeptical I’ll get when dealing with used car dealerships. Went through the new purchase throughly and delivered car to us at home. Very understanding of our needs and requirements.
