I came in to get a car for my mum and from start to finish Andy was absolutely outstanding. Although there was a delay with the car — something completely out of his control — Andy did everything possible to make sure it didn’t affect my mum in any way. He arranged a courtesy car so she could remain mobile for her appointments, which meant a lot to us. Andy truly went above and beyond, even dropping off and picking up the courtesy car and then personally delivering my mum’s new car, despite us living in a different city from the dealership. He went well out of his way to make the whole experience smooth and completely stress-free. I have genuinely never come across such a good salesperson. Andy is all about going the extra mile and making sure every customer leaves happy. He is a massive credit to the BYD team and honestly deserves a pay rise or commission for the level of service he provides. Kind, honest, professional, and customer-focused from start to finish — he’s your man. Highly recommended. If your after your next BYD, Andy is the man to go see! One of the Best Car Buying Experiences I've Ever Had! Popped into D M Keith BYD Leeds to check out the BYD Dolphin Surf and the experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Andy didn’t try to "sell" me a car—instead, he took the time to explain everything about the different models, features and options in a clear and friendly way. He even offered me a test drive on the spot and gave me a great price for my trade-in. A week later, I came back to collect the car and was blown away by the handover. Jonathan spent plenty of time going through all the settings and features, making sure I was completely comfortable before driving away. I never felt rushed—just looked after. I popped in to take a look at a BYD Seal after finding some really good lease deals online. I spoke with Andy who I found to be very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for cars in general. What was a really nice surprise is that he said that they can match lease deals (providing you obtain an official quotation from another dealer). This is a fantastic option, as it means you get the benefit of the very best deal, coupled with going through your local dealership. I would definitely recommend popping in and taking a look at these cars, and having a chat. Hopefully you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

I initially stopped by just for site-seeing, but I was genuinely intrigued by his method of communication and deep understanding. Even though I came into the store close to closing time, Kyle never seemed rushed and was incredibly thoughtful and responsive throughout our conversation. I visited BYD Leeds showroom to test drive a BYD Sealion 7. I was assisted by Kyle who was very professional and through on the service given to me. Like in most cases when you visit a car dealership the sales person try to oversell or push you all the ancillary products but Kyle didn't try to push me any other products or try to over sell. I have been to quite a few reputed car dealships and this was indeed a great experience. Speaking of BYD Sealion 7. It was a fantastic car to drive as I have driven few other Chinese brands and the drive was much better. Unfortunately I was not in a position to make a purchase but the experience was great
