Where to start, if I could recommend anywhere to buy a used car from G5 Cars would be top of the list. Paul and the team are absolutely fantastic and nothing is to much trouble. Customer service is 2nd to none and so helpful and easy to buy a vehicle from. The vehicle itself was immaculate and excellent value for money. During the process I was kept up to date with everything that was ongoing and collecting was a simple exchange of money and paperwork and away I drove. Aftercare is also top notch and Paul even took the time to text me to see if I was enjoying our camper van. Any little problems and Paul was there happy to assist and very friendly to chat with.. especially after a roses match which thankfully Lancs won.. (Sorry Paul) 5 Stars doesn’t do it justice and if I could award more I definitely would… When the time comes I will definitely be returning if I need to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again for everything Craig

Having bought a car from G5 Cars and having a issue with it after a month I contacted Paul and his team who dealt with it straight away no ifs or buts just sorted it out with no issues after all you get things going wrong with brand new cars so it's only to be expected with a second hand car as long as it's covered by the warranty that G5 cars supply then there's no problem. I would recommend Paul and his team to any other person who wishes to buy a used vehicle. I know I will in the future.

Avoid at all costs. My daughter bought her car from here in may of this year. Contact was made within a few weeks to report an oil leak on a car that had apparently gone through a full inspection. This email wasn't replied to and we had to get in touch again during this time the car was recalled due to safety fault that we have since been told dealers were aware off much prior to this car being sold. The car was also suffering with an electric issues it was agreed that the car would be brought back to them the issues and recall sorted and the car returned to us by the garage. The car was with the garage for over 3 weeks and we had to constantly ring and email for updates responses we were promised weren't delivered and we had to on numerous occasions chase for a response. When the car was finally completed we were told it had been out on a road test to make sure everything was OK. The promise of the car being returned to us wasn't fulfilled and we had to travel nearly 100 miles to collect the car, a big deal was made of the electrical fault being down to a badly fitted dashcam when the electrical issues were occurring before the dashcam was fitted and we were told that the car had needed a 'full rewire' due to the dashcam very little reference was made to the oil leak ans other issue. Upon driving home the car felt sluggish and unresponsive we had to make the decision on whether to try continue on home and have the car checked at home or trust a garage that had failed on its promises so far. Upon getting home my daughter checked her black box to see what the road test to ensure the car was OK to be collected consistent of which it turns out was a drive to the end of the road and back. Not sufficient in my opinion. The car needs a new turbo and out the time she has had the car is has been on the road for around a month this car really isn't fot for purpose and the issue with the drive of the car would have been apparent if the car had been taken for a full road test We were told the car had had a full check over and that the car came with a 12 month warranty we were told this on several occasions but apparently this is just the sales patter as the warranty is 3 months and not worth the paper it's written on. My daughter is now left £4500 out of pocket with an un driveable car and facing trying to fine a solution to this issue when she has just graduated from uni and still looking for full time employment. My advice is to avoid this garage and spend your money else where save yourself alot of distress.

Bought a car from here a month ago and it has been excellent, we were constantly updated and kept in the loop throughout the whole process. The car has no issues and is perfect, drives smoothly! Very professional and would definitely recommend - will probably go back in a few years for my next car. Thank you!

I bought my car from G5 Cars in May and honestly it’s spent more time in the garage than on the road. I probably had it for two weeks, maybe even less, before problems started. Despite them claiming the car had been serviced, we discovered an oil leak and found the oil was completely black. There’s no way it had been serviced properly before being sold. When I tried to contact them it took multiple emails and even a phone call before anyone got back to me. Not long after that my car was recalled, and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they already knew about it when they sold it to me. Since then it’s been in and out of the garage constantly and has now been there for almost a month with an engine fault. The car wouldn’t accelerate uphill, kept going into limp mode, and constantly jittered while driving. It’s all smiles and promises when you’re buying, but as soon as something goes wrong they don’t seem to care. I’ve basically paid for a car I can’t even drive. Would absolutely not recommend G5 Cars.
