Absolutely brilliant car hire company, both cars were excellent. Jordan that picked up and dropped the cars off was such a lovely guy, so helpful and curtious, would highly recommend them....x

This horrible bloke driving aggressively round Keighley today in one of your vans cutting people up and then hurling abuse- unsure whether an employee or customer- if he’s a customer you might want to mention to folk that hiring one of your vans doesn’t magically cause other road users to disappear

Not great, would avoid. Car smelled of cigarettes when I got it which was not nice for my family... Re offhire: TJS phoned, however as i couldn't answer they arrived 1hr later and literally waited less than 6 minutes for me to stop work and answer the door (while in a meeting), then said they couldn't collect and put it back on hire. Then the hire manager insisted this was all my failing! Collected the car later and of course, surprise! found 'new' damage in the form of a tiny stone chip on the windscreen! I should have kept quiet I guess. :-(

Hired a van from here at a decent price. Vehicle was good and pickup fine. However drop off was not. Arrived shortly before my scheduled dropoff time and couldn't get in. Called and no answer. Rang the buzzer outside and no answer. Waited 15 mins, almost about to give up and someone pulled up along side me. I asked if they worked here, they sort of grunted and nodded through their car window. Someone else arrived and opened the gate, did not acknowledge me at all. Took the van in put the key on the counter, still no words exchanged, he took the keys checked the van, came back in said 'thats fine' and went off into the back. Totally rude, and unapologetic. Would rather pay a little more and not be treated like I was inconveniencing them.
