Very disapointing, we have used this company for five years. Since the first day I have had this machine it has be troublesome. Finally decided to cut my losses after an engineer came out and told me the machine was broken and i needed to spend £7000 on a new one. But instead I had a computer expert have a look and was not only able to do a report to say that they engineer had not been honest in his assessment, but that he had also caused the machine to short circuit. The computer expert was able to fix the whole unit quite easily and said that it was not in need of replacement. I am now going to sell it and go with snap on who are not rude to me on the phone. Amanda who I speak to is not very helpful and quite abrupt. always talks over me and the manager Ian is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
