I cannot give adequate thanks to the young lady who dealt with me today.Iwas at at atotal loss as how to procede.she very patiently took it on herself and did every thing for me.Iwas sending very important documents,and if not for her kindness I would not have been able to procede.To find an assistant,nowadays ,to show such customer care is a rarity.
