I have been a tenant with CA Properties for 10 years. The property has been modernised to suit my needs and taste, after I was given permission to refurbish and redecorate it. I am happy with this property and am very impressed with the support I have received from a warm friendly team at the Landlords over the years. They do work to high standards and are very responsive to help with any minor issues or emergency repairs. I am happy to meet their standards too, and I feel comfortably settled.

The property is excellent and offers great value for rent. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located close to supermarkets and other amenities. The landlord is extremely helpful and supportive, when we needed to move out unexpectedly, they were very flexible and understanding, which made the process much easier. Highly recommended.
