I can't recommend this agency highly enough. We have been letting with Steph for over 8 years and we never been dissapointed. He is a lovely man, passionate with his work and very professional. We never had any problems and when something happened he always sort it as soon as he could. Definitely I would choose his agency again. Thank you Steph. 5 Stars! ⭐️

Fantastic Letting Agency, any queries or repairs required in the property they are straight on it. Pleasant team working there, Calvin the maintenance man is hilarious and really helpful. So happy that I chose to go with them. The process was smooth and quick. Great team would defo recommend and I do often :)

We have used Complete Lets for over 12 years to manage our portfolio of properties. In the time they have looked after our flats and houses we have found them to be friendly & professional Living out of Leeds we need an agent we can trust and be on hand, they have always delivered what is required and gone out of their way when needed 5 Stars!

So far, so bad... We were dubious about this agency from the start because they have next to no online presence, but we phoned anyway to book a viewing for a property. After calling several times after the opening time on the voicemail with no reply, we called the emergency mobile number. That call *was* picked up, and we were scolded for using the emergency number inappropriately and told that the caller would be in the office in five minutes. This was 30 minutes after the opening time given. Nonetheless, we booked a viewing and agreed to take the property as soon as we had seen it. Rather than getting the paperwork sorted there and then (as every other letting agents does) we were told the documents would be emailed to us that evening because they had another viewing lined up for the property. I later realised the documents had *not* been sent, and the property was still on the market, so I called. No answer, so I called the emergency number to get through to someone (anyone). I was told they would not take the property off the market because they "might not want us". They also intend to show more people around the following day, and will only send the documents in the morning, because the one and only person who seems to be running this cowboy outfit had "a rattling noise" coming from his car. The person I spoke to had a terrible attitude, and it's now obvious why companies house shows this as a failing business. If, by some miracle, they manage to pull their fingers out and actually get the paperwork to us we might still consider taking the property, and they might make enough profit this financial year not to be threatened with being officially dissolved (again).

My roommate and I were very happy with Complete Lets in Leeds. Our communication with Stephen was excellent. I'd definitely recommencement it to whoever is looking for a property to rent.
