Had a great experience with Manning Stainton in Beeston. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well communicated from start to finish. A special mention to Dan the manager — he was excellent throughout. Very approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to explain things clearly and keep everything moving. You can tell he really cares about providing good service.

Disappointed. I contacted your services, arranged a viewing and got my mortgage principal in place with the intention to buy the property. For a period of 3-4 weeks I was advised my offer is the highest, vendor is not responding away in Thailand, days later in Paris. Suddenly, after 3-4 weeks of waiting, the property was taken off the market and I was informed this is because ‘the vendor is not responding’. I then rang Manning Stanton to raise a complaint. The following day my husband received a call saying the vendor will provide an outcome by 11am the following day, I was ONLY then informed ‘someone has offered just above the asking price’ after confirming if my offer remains the highest for weeks on end. The lady on call was reluctant to disclose this info so I offered higher and asked if this sounded promising, again, I didn’t receive much info from this lady. Though, aren’t these my buyer rights? To know whether someone has offered higher and if so, do I want to bid higher? Going forward, I was contacted to find out that the property is being sold privately by the vendor and an apology was all I received after weeks of waiting. During this time, I could have purchased another property and had a roof over my head. I have now lost out on mortgage principle fees to a buy a property which was being sold meanwhile I was awaiting an outcome.

Great service from a friendly team, firstly Daniel Mirfin was very helpful and informative with the valuation and the pictures looked great, I really valued his support after my first buyer backed out of the sale almost 2 months down the line, he came and took new pictures to show the property empty so people could see the space and he rallied the team to help me find the perfect buyer for this property. The whole team were great but Sabrina Aujla was outstanding and amazing at communicating with me, the buyer and the solicitors. I couldn’t have got this far so quickly without her dedicated support which I greatly appreciate! Massive 5 stars from me. Thanks!
