Came in last minute for my transmission fluid putting into car I already had the fluid just no means of doing it (girl machanic work from floor) after ringing up loads of garages and been told noone had space till next week I stumbled upon this place and asked if they could do it today and to my suprise he said yes not a problem! Good service from the guys honestly from an off the street walk it I was amazed how quickly it was done and they called me to let me know car was ready 30 mins earlier than expected!!!! Can not rate these guys enough 100% recommended thanks again guys!

My own encounter with Beeston Autocare, particularly after they first appeared to resolve the problem. It is really upsetting that the same error code reappears the following day and that I receive subpar service on my second visit. It's particularly annoying when a garage ignores your calls even after you've told them to look into it. I then sought a second opinion, and the other garage correctly identified the problematic glow plug number 3, which fixed the problem in the end. extra more I discovered that effective communication is essential to resolving problems and maintaining customers confidence. Instead of being rude or impolite, it's critical to demonstrate empathy, listen intently, and offer concise solutions to customers who have unsolved issues.
