I have a terrible fear of needles, the lady taking my blood was so understanding and another lady who was there took the time to talk to me to take my mind off everything. It was a smooth and quick process. I'm all praise for the staff here. The place is very clean too from what I could see.
I had a blood test for the first time and mentioned that I am prone to fainting when I loose blood. Both women who took my blood were so patient and reassuring and made the experience 10x easier. After when I felt light headed they ensured I was ok and got me what I needed. They made the experience so much better - thanks so much !
Today I had a pickup at 8:40 because of traffic at school I was 8 minutes late and they canceled my pickup. They are so rude when I come to the store and I have to wait for 20 minutes like it's supposed to be like that. I'm not from Korea. I lost a day of work.
I was blatantly insulted before I even entered the room. If you’re gonna make fun of someone at-least close the door. Most unprofessional work etiquette I received.
They leave no number incase were late or have to cancel. There is no contact telephone on the internet at all. I was supposed to be fitted for heart rate monitor today, not happening at now its too lare and will never deal with them again. Thank you Beeston CDC. Regards. Steven Catherall
