Smart wash Laundrette

I've been here before many times, and I've always been happy with service. Rang the place up on (today) Tuesday 17.01.2023 at 15:20, and asked what time they closedown, said 18:00. OK, since i didn't have my car today so I walked there with a big load of pre-washed clothes. At the door I found it locked at 17:20 and some youngsters inside, one came at the door and showed me with his arms x sign that it's not working, it's closed. I asked what does he meant. I just rang and specifically asked, and they said 18:00. Place closes 18:00, said last client's accepted 17:15, but for just drying I have been there later before, this was the first time I've seen this individual face in there. After the person's working there, youngster mates came behind him to bully me away. This is unacceptable if the person wants to go off early just locking doors on customers. I expect an apology. Thanks.

Don't take your clothes to this laundry. special your dryer cleaning suits: shirts :etc very bad service they don't do proper dry cleaning they taken them some where places they don't bring you on time. this is ridiculous staff .they never ironing them properly .please don't go to this place they will rob your money.

Very lovely staff advised me to use the £5 machine for the load I had brought to wash and saved me enough change to dry them too. Very helpful and it was all done in no time

Larger washers £4 Smaller washers £3 Dryers 12 mins for £1 Pros: 6 large washers, plenty of parking around area, helpful staff member Cons: 2 larger machines out of order and others had green moss, dryers gauges not visible to see what setting the temperature is on, no drink machine and detergent machine broken however can buy from office or across at Tesco Express.
