Staff here make everything unnecessary long, i don’t know how one achieves such bad customer service as a fuel station. When it comes to Yodel, they’re so incompetent with it. I went yesterday at 9PM and the staff member said come back in the morning and that they don’t do it at night, came back the next day and another staff member it’s trying to convince me that they don’t do it . I’ve sent yodel parcels through this station many times before.

I never use this station for fuel due to the price but I have used it for my Yodel parcels and they are so incompetent. Every time I go with the code on my phone all I get is 'the machine is broken' in other words they can't be bothered doing any more than standing there and scanning the barcode. Clearly it is far too hard to print a label and stick it on, unfortunately when selling on vinted I don't get a choice

Just wanted to say Sara is an absolute credit to your team. A very welcoming, bubbly lady. I had a great experience as simple as getting petrol may be, Sara well and truly made my day

Stopped there twice within one week for Costa Coffee. Regular cappuccino with caramel syrup priced £3.30. The machine wasn't dispensing a caramel syrup. Reported at the counter. First time I've been offered to take 30p off for syrup. (I don't like coffee without caramel btw). Fair enough. Second time same issue with the machine. Reported again. Guy at the counter told me that it's not his problem. It's the machine and that i must pay what's on the ticket. I said that i can pay £3 for coffee without syrup. He refused. I said that i don't want that coffee then. He said he's going to take my car's reg for not paying the coffee. I asked him to check that caramel syrup in the machine but he wasn't bothered to do it or ask his staff to assist. He let me pay £3 for coffee instead. Complaint sent to Londis customer service straight after incident.

Pulled up to the pump to fill up. The guy called my partner over to the night pay window (even tho it’s 7pm). Said he had to pay first before we could fill up? Why did he make my partner do this but no one else? Not happy at all been made to feel small in front of everyone. Said to my partner he’s sorry for doing that he’s had a long day and should’ve been finished at 2pm so that gives you a reason to treat customers like that?
