Started charging for air and water, which is a bit cheeky in my opinion, also the car wash is often broken, and the jet wash hot cycles are cold. The petrol is great though, which is the main thing I suppose.
Very terrible customer services . I went there to add pressure and screen wash, i checked if the screen wash was working on my screen and the machine just stopped. I went inside the shop and explain to A lady there, she told me you have used it and told her No I checked on wind screen. She stopped what she was doing and start connected the CCTV to check if i have used . CCTV ? any way a Coloured Bloke with a baseball cape I was! Yes then they need to check the CCTV for £1 screen wash because I was lying.
Don't attempt to use the extra long fueling hoses on the opposite side (exactly why they where installed) the power mad Karens in the kiosk don't like it and won't authorise the fuel and will tell you to move over the tannoy safe to say they received zero custom from me today.
Called today to get some petrol for my gardening equipment and pump cut off a lady came out and said we need to check what cans your filling and you can’t fill them in back of van ok fair enough but then said that can is illegal we wouldn’t authorise that one witch obviously causes people to start looking at me I said it’s A stihl combi petrol can designed for petrol I’ve used it loads of times with no problem she said no it’s a illegal can you can’t fill it and you can’t fill more than 2 cans looked it up and it’s a perfectly legal en approved can went to pay and said to bloke on till that can is legal its en approved and showed him he looked and went hmm then passes me receipt
Sainsos fuel is a nice place. They have a compressed air machine which occasionally will work and fill your tyres for free. The shop has a reasonable selection, including Toothpaste and shoe polish. They have super, regular unleaded petrol as well as Diesel. Nectar points are earned for your purchase. There's a jet wash too so you can keep your jet clean.
