We stop by to get tea from the machine however the touch screen did not respond properly and started making a random drink. I went and spoke to staff but they were really rude and started shouting you have to pay without understanding the problem. I paid and he was still having a go in front of other customer. Shameful customer service, no wonder they have 3 stars the service standard is very low! We did not take that coffee

Bought nicotine pouches from here today. Came home to realise they had been open and there was 11 missing from inside. Absolutely ridiculous, the pouches were also split inside and all of the nicotine had spread all over the pouches. Unacceptable.

Can you please ask your customer first if they want a carrier bag or not rather than shoving just 2 or 3 of there items in carrier bag whilst they paying and then adding 20p onto there bill at the end of it. It would be good courtesy to offer a carrier bag or let them ask themselves. All the staff do it here and it’s happened so many times. I think it’s just rude and you need to readdress this

At the petrol station, there was a toilet, and the staff member was a girl. She didn’t allow me to use the toilet, saying it was “not working,” even though the toilet was actually usable.

Very nice, clean and modern petrol station next to White Rose shopping centre, friendly staff, great offers. Services include paypoint, frozen foods, microwave, ice creams, soft drinks, massive range of energy drinks, magazines, newspapers, fresh sandwiches, fresh fruit, fresh flowers, cash point and of course, petrol and a car wash.
