10 out of 10 service. I raised my concerns about mum having ALZHIEMERS, and that syringing mum's ear might be difficult. There was no need to worry at all.The lady was gentle, fast and through throughout the entire procedure. It was all done and dusted in a jiffy and mum's hearing has vastly improved. I was so impressed that the pharmacy called on a weekly basis to find out how I was managing with a new asthma inhaler. In addition I get my meds delivered by Midway and that works so well for me. The people at Midway Middleton are always friendly and helpful

One of the pharmacists does not like to give an acceptable/professional service and is rude. Does not like to see walk in consultations. Twice had issues, left waiting over half an hour to be seen and had to remind her we were waiting, other occasion fobbed off and redirected to another chemist.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff to help you with whatever your needs. Can be a bit busy at times, but understandable with it only being a small place

The Travel clinic service rendered was very professional from inception to completion. The Travel clinic consultants and pharmacists were very knowledgeable, personable and empathetic in the delivery of the travel vaccines. I’d definitely recommend Sola and her team to anyone looking to get their travel vaccines sorted in Leeds.
