Well Pharmacy

Moved to this pharmacy after bad experiences with the new pharmacist at Pharmacy plus on old lane. Found the staff to be really friendly and willing to help with any issues you might have. Was very impressed that they remembered my name after only 2 visits.

Very helpful staff however not the largest selection

You get a good service when you get to till but sometimes can be big queues. I count 5 people bagging prescriptions on a Friday 12/7 visit midday, but 1 person on till and a queue I'm in 5 people deep. Surely people bagging prescriptions can help at till. Increase service staff on tills , I would give them a 4 or 5 as service when you get seen is good. I returned today on a Saturday 13/7 and received excellent service from the lady on the tills, who looked under pressure but still gave great service, and seemed to be handling customer flow speedily and efficient so queue didn't build and the Asian gentleman who handled my prescription. Thankyou 👌. Got it ready after my phonecall so there when I got to store. Better service, speed, mgt of customers, 100% better today with what I could see just 3 people all together, none who were present on my previous visit. Opening hours should be stretched on evenings and weekends. Moving to another pharmacy that I can visit around my working hours.

Absolutely appalling service. It takes way too long to get prescriptions. Staff are incredibly rude to customers. Abruptly telling people to wait until they receive a text until they are allowed to ask for their meds, which can take well over a week. Hey, it's not like your life depends on timely healthcare or anything. Furthermore, they have no time for vulnerable individuals, such as older or mentally ill people, who may rely on interactions with service providers within the community because they are lonely.
