I received a very fair, reasonable quote for a replacement thermostat and fitting from RSH. Richard also gave good advice about which was the better thermostat for my system and needs. Kieran who fitted the thermostat was a friendly, polite, professional worker who was very patient with the awkward position of the boiler and went out above and beyond to make sure the job was right. Many thanks.
Very reliable and honest team. They fitted my boiler fitted in 2021. I misplaced my guarantee. I'm selling my property so I needed this for my solicitor. I contacted Richard to see if I could get a copy. Richard managed to get me a copy of the guarantee. This just shows me that it isn't just the job, it is the aftercare too. Would definitely recommend. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

After falling foul of a cowboy plumber, I called RHS to see if they could repair the leaking pipes and generally shoddy work. They arrived within 20 minutes of my panicky phone call and quickly resolved the problem with no fuss. He even came when he wasn't supposed to be working! I really can't thank them enough and the work is now tidy and, more importantly, water tight! Literally saved the day! Thanks again!
