Don’t even bother wasting your time coming. Useless person behind the till didn’t even know how to send a parcel with Royal Mail at a god damn post office and told me to come back tomorrow.
Great post office. I’ve been using this branch everyday for at least 15 years. Staff always very friendly and helpful. A smile goes a long way sometimes. I would not use any other post office in the area.
The counter assistant very unhelpful when I couldn’t see to fill out a customs form. Was quite willing for me to take the parcel home rather than help. Was also happy to argue the fact that you need to ask for help even though she was told I had a problem. Very nasty and argumentative lady. I have reported her behaviour to the post office complaints department
I have been using this post office for a while now and all the staff are lovely, sometimes they are swamped with work but they always have a smile and a cheery greeting. I go everyday without fail and never had a bad experience.
Man on the post office is very rude takes calls and doesn’t always count the money out, no customer service from him, I go elsewhere if he’s on the counter. The shop generally is rammed with stock and smells unclean. No regard for staff or customers regarding the COVID-19 mask wearing all welcome ££💰 money before the local community. However the ladies on the post office counter are very nice and helpful.
