I feel like the skinny girl who works there she is forced to work or she hates working there, she is rude not friendly at all and seems like she doesn’t want no customers to go there !!!Today 3 January few minutes before the closing time I was trying to put a parcel inside the draw and while I was trying to push the parcel inside she closed the draw on my finger and she didn’t even say sorry!! She is always like that rude. I go there lots of times, I do most of parcels returns or collections there because is the closest one to my house but I always think I shouldn’t go there! I don’t know maybe because of the bad customer service. Is it a hard job to do or something?? because also few months ago another girl seemed always frustrated but I didn’t see her long time maybe she left. especially when the closing time soon I suggest you close door like 5 minutes before time so customers stop coming in and these ladies finish in time and go home.

Do not deserve even 1 star. If I could put minus 10,I would have done so. I came first time after work to get my parcel,because it was showing as delivered to the location where I selected it earlier. I was told it wasn't there and I had to go to Holbeck DO,which was closed by that time because it's working only until 10 a.m. After checking everything on my email, I came back with the photo proof of delivery. Funny fact on the picture was the woman who received my parcel,same woman told me it wasn't delivered. In the end I didn't get any apologies for wasting my time,for making so stupid mistakes at work and apparently not even trying to do the job correctly. Nice to know that somewhere you can still get paid for doing exactly nothing

Very friendly staff. I came there to apply provisional license and there service is to good the girl there help me with application .

Always late opening. If you need different opening times, change them and post them - don't state something and then not bother opening on time - others have to get to work or handle caring responsibilities and plans are always getting screwed up. They're lovely when you get in though!
