I’m really impressed amazing service from them and even better that their really lovely genuine people, shocked to see these reviews as I’ve come to submit one as I’ve had a great experience they met all expectations and did exactly as I asked, I have high cleaning standards and the attention to detail certainly hasn’t disappointed as you can see below, I’ve recommended to my family and friends as well. Keep up the good work you’re doing great guys :)

Would not recommend this company. Communication is poor and misleading, I was charged for a job which was not carried out completely and left incomplete and then on top of it all had to deal with abuse from a very rude and unprofessional employee carol strongly recommended to avoid! These are pictures inside fridge and oven which was supposed to be deep cleaned absolutely awful job and stinking attitude. To clarify the misunderstanding was due to poor communication when making the booking and when the invoice was sent it specifically stated deep clean of oven and fridge which was not done to standard. I mean at least do the work you invoiced me to do instead of accusing me of lying about the state of my house and the areas you refused to clean. I also would have paid the full £155 however it was a mistake on the invoice which worked in my favour. I feel robbed of £100

I would appreciate it if someone could talk to me about the issues I raised. I sent an email regarding the garden fence that was damaged by the delivery driver when he was lifting the bed at 19 Florence Grove. This garden fence was knocked down by your staff, and I was surprised to hear that the driver said there is nothing the company wants to do about it.

Never used this company before but am so glad I did. Booked a waste rubbish pick up from my home that consisted of timber, builders rubble and an old bed frame. The quote I was given was very reasonable and was determined once I provided a photo of the amount to be picked up. The guys who turned up on the day were very pleasant, courteous and hard working.The site was tidy when the rubbish had been removed and the guys confirmed that I was happy with the service they had provided. Payment was made via bank transfer that made the transaction easy and no problem to the guys on site once the outstanding amount had been determined via the invoice provided. I highly recommend the company and the services they provide and will definitely use them on future projects. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
