Phone Comfort Lifestyle with a view to buy a stairlift for my elderly mother (87 years young). Richard arrived in time, very professional and measured all the necessary. Stair lift was fitted in less than 2 weeks, it was over £2000 cheaper than my mum was quoted for 7 years ago. The fitter was brilliant, again arrived on time, very professional and the stair lift has given my mum the independent she wanted. She spoke to Richard again and has now ordered a brand new rise and recline chair. Fantastic company to deal with, no pushy people involved. One very happy mum. Can’t praise them enough. Just brilliant. Thank you

Had 5 phone calls on my mobile. Don't answer when you pick up. I rang them back to tell them not to ring anymore but they wanted to come to our house to give me a demonstration for therapy for arthritis

Kept ringing me picked up call then they put phone down 3 times this happen going to report them to ofgem
