I’d like to share some feedback regarding an unpleasant experience I had today around 5:00 PM at your café. I ordered a latte and a piece of cake to have in the café. When placing my order, I specifically mentioned that I would like my coffee served in a sit-in cup rather than a takeaway cup. However, despite my request, my latte was served in a takeaway cup. This might seem like a small issue, but part of the enjoyment of sitting in a café is the atmosphere and the experience of drinking from a proper cup. I found it disappointing that my preference was ignored, especially after I made it clear when ordering. I truly enjoy your café and appreciate the quality of your food and drinks, but I hope this feedback encourages your staff to pay closer attention to customers’ requests in the future. Small details like this make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience the seating area was dirty and tables were not cleared. I had a bagel it was ok but a little dry. The staff were very helpful but once I ordered I did notice they emptied bins and went straight to serve a customer a hot drink without hand washing

Visited for a warm drink and early lunch with my son about 9:50am. The prices now seem to be extortionate. I got my son a hot chocolate asked if he wanted marshmallows and cream no mention that it was 85p for each extra. Medium drinks appeared to be in what I would class as small scratched and old glass cups. He got a toastie that was just warm. £17 for two warm drinks and a toastie. The barista appeared to be making orders after mine for takeaways. Leaving us stood for a long time waiting our drinks. Nearly every table was littered with dirty trays and cups. We won't be rushing back and we usually come often

Went to grab a quick coffee to go, the staff were very rude towards us when asked to clarify what flavour syrup was in which drink. We were also given the wrong drink which contained hazelnut syrup, thankfully we aren’t allergic but this could’ve been a different situation entirely.

Ordered Capucino never ever had such bad coffe capucino looks like latte milk not been frothed as needed also milk was burnt so bitter aftertaste and coffe taste was awful avoid if u can
