I was very disappointed with this shop. The products are overpriced and, even worse, often expired—you have to check every item before buying. It feels like a waste of money. I would recommend going to larger stores where prices are fair and the quality is guaranteed.

I received a note from UPS, just door number, date and where to collect parcel from. I called up Beeston News just to confirm what the name is as I haven't ordered anything and sometimes the mail comes to my house when it's actually another street which isn't even next to me. Only our door numbers are the same. The lady was extremely rude, asking for name which I told her I don't know as it doesn't have one. I asked her I will give the address, if you can please confirm name. She just goes am busy can you hurry up pls. Then she shouts what's your address, which I told her, goes there is only one parcel and said the address but as she has accent couldn't understand her and she hung up. It's quite a walk from my house so that's why I needed it confirmed it's for me. I had to put 1 star but it's actually a No ⭐ from me. She needs to go on a customer service course as literally she has no idea how to speak to a customer. I can't imagine what she is like face to face.

You need to check the dates on food from this place. Loads of it is out of date. I keep getting caught out in here. They don’t care.” It’s only a few days out of date” they say. Charging you full price and hoping you don’t notice the dates. That or they are too lazy to check stock. Do better for your customers.

These guys are so friendly and helpful it's unreal! I had a problem with my gas card today and it took and awful lot of hassle with the gas company to sort it out. The lad behind the counter was incredibly patient and never lost his smile. And the home made samosas are spectacular!

I bought a vape from that shop and when I tried it, it was not working no puffs in the vape I am very disappointed and I paid £10!
