Absolutely disgusted with the customer service here. My friend brought balloons from Shein and paid to have them filled with helium for her birthday. Not even 10 minutes later, one balloon completely deflated, so we went back. They refilled it, but the lady popped it by accident and didn’t apologise once. The man there was extremely unwelcoming, rude, and abrupt — he actually blamed us, saying the balloons were “low quality,” instead of taking any responsibility. They didn’t offer a replacement, refund, nothing. So in the end, my friend was left with no balloons for her birthday. Even if the balloons weren’t theirs, the way we were spoken to was disgusting. Honestly the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Literally just left the store and was served by James! What a lovely young lad! He greeted me as I walked in! And did some birthday balloons for me! He was extra polite and he is a credit to your store! Thank you James!

This review us for the young man that served me this morning at the Crown Point, Leeds store. He was polite, helpful and friendly. I left the store thinking his mum must be really proud of him. What a fine young gentleman !!!!!!

Very amazing customer service, best staff there definitely has to be Jenny, she is extremely polite and she is such a kind soul, she deserves a pay raise, oh and James too, he was really polite 😎

Had a lovely visit and help from the staff. Walked us through and chops the right products needed especially matching the colours. Was & Richard were great friendly and informative and guided us perfectly to help us find the perfect gift for our friend who just had a baby girl.
