As a young growing business, I needed a company who could deliver branded merchandise in short runs and Smarter Retail, Perfect Personalised Gifts. fitted the bill. After an initial consultation, Kathryn provided initial recommendations with costings and even made some suggestions to make sure the logo, and strapline, was clear on the branded merchandise. I cannot fault Kathryn’s communication and support and of course the resultant branded merchandise. I look forward to working with Kathryn in 2024 and would not hesitate to recommend Smarter Retail to my business network and business owner friends.

I ordered a beautiful personalised clock online for my Mum's birthday. Customer service from this company was amazing. It arrived in no time and now takes pride in her kitchen. She loves it! Thank you - such a unique and special present. I will recommend to all family and friends.

Purchased an ombre personalised mug, received today, unfortunately the wording on the mug is unreadable. Queried this with seller and they advised as i requested 2 words this may affect quality. This was not mentioned when i ordered. As its personalised i am unable to obtain refund or replacement. This is my one of partners xmas presents, really upset and disappointed with the service , waste of money and poor customer service during current difficult times. If i purchased from a larger retail company, this would be resolved.
