Today afternoon I came to this store after several stressing hours looking for help in different shops around Beeston as I needed to solve a problem with my electricity and gas. A youth guy, who has been the first person in the whole day willing to help me, has been very attentive and patient until being able to find a solution. I am very very grateful since if it had not been for him, I’m sure I would still not be able to solve my problem. That’s what costumer service and kindness is all about, I really appreciate it. Thank you and bless you.
VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.WITH BEEN CLASSED DISABLED AND NOT GOING OUT DUE TO THE LOCKDOWN,I ASKED THE 2 BROTHERS IF THEY COULD GET ME 14 BOXES OF THE POUCHES CAT FOOD.SO I WOULD NOT TAKE THAT AMOUNT FROM THE SHELVES.THEY GOT THEM AND DELIVERED THEM TO MY HOME.ALL THE STAFF THERE ARE ALL HELPFUL AND DOALOT FOR THE COMMUNITY
