I went in and bought a ring which turned out to have a crack in the band,the lady in the shop was going to get it repaired on them but I decided to get a different ring instead and she was very accomodating,i would highly recommend this shop,friendly and honest...

I have a ring that’s a tad too big and needed a quick fix. It was fitted with a spring looking thing that wrapped around in seconds and then fit me perfect. This was free of charge. I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic service. I will always use this jewellers now and will recommend to everyone. Thank you very much. 😊

Charged me 15.00 for a repair to my chain And it fell off me twice the same day Went to the shop and no customer service at all It is not us Rude, argumentative and lack of care Claiming from my bank account
