My first experience in a shop like this and it was fantastic. The staff are both custodians to their items, but also provide fantastic personalised butler service to all clients. I was made to feel really valued and understood even though I was only looking at an exchange and not necessarily spending more money. George in particular took time to understand my needs and didn’t pressure me when I was a bit uncertain on choices. He offered solutions to make things more flexible which was really comfortable. This will definitely be an experience I hope to repeat with future purchases.

Great experience at Goldsmiths. Simmy clearly explained our wedding ring options and offered very competitive prices compared to other jewellers we visited. We felt really well looked after and would definitely recommend.

Now, I have not purchased anything from this store yet , but I do intend to. I am writing this review to praise Joseph for his excellent customer service. He was attentive, kind, respectful and very helpful. I applaud his desire to serve clients and the initiative he takes to email customers as a follow up. I felt very valued and respected, especially as a hijabi woman. Thank you Joseph :)

I have had one of the best experiences in purchasing the most important jewellery piece of my life using your service. Harris you was excellent and so welcoming.
