I attended the beginners weekend course & loved it . Bernard has many years experience & is thoroughly knowledgeable! He is very old school & taught all the basics . Made a lovely ring & earrings. Definitely recommend . A relaxed atmosphere but learnt so much.

Had a wonderful weekend learning to make Jewellery with Bernard. He has a wealth of knowledge, is very friendly, and I left feeling I have a really good grounding in the basic skills to start my jewellery making journey. I hope to be back soon to learn more!

Fantastic experience on the introductory course over 2 days, started with a very warm welcome, Bernard is extremely knowledgeable and amazing at his craft. Relaxed learning atmosphere, so easy to follow as each day is extremely structured well. Overwhelmed by the skills gained in a short period of time, I look forward to signing back up on another course, great value for money, highly recommend!

Did the beginners course this weekend and was very impressed. The course is very thorough & thoughtfully put together to build a comprehensive base of knowledge for us to get started. Additionally I have multiple health issues & various physical problems and JWL not only helped me learn how to do the basics without affecting my body, but also showed me alternative ways to do things due to these issues. Would highly recommend and am eager to go again!

Just done a beginners weekend course which I loved. I turned up with zero knowledge, I'd not even watched YouTube clips and by the 2nd day I'd made a spinner ring which I'm really proud of. I'd never used a blow torch in my life and many of the other tools so that was quite scary for me. By the end of the course I felt such a sense of achievement which is down to Bernard and his teaching technique.
