Excellent customer service provided by the store assistant 'Ity'! There was a stock delay on our order and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. 5 star service and highly recommended.

Wife and I called into this store and received excellent service from Ethan so big Thank you to him. Always nice to see the friendly staff, Conner and Sohail. First class.

I'll keep it short as a Head of Sales for a Large Tech firm, I was taken back by how shoddy the instore service is at EE WhiteRose. Even my wife who knows jam all about technology, had to intervene numerous times as the girl just wasn't listening to us and all she kept going on about was some EE-One £20 discount. I even asked her "what do you think of the centre stage camera feature to get the response of "I don't know, we haven't been told about the new phone features". I won't write her name here but if you want a quality service go down to O2 instead (see my review there to show the difference). Even the guy at the front "Y'alright" yawning away as if it's sunrise time he's just woken up from, I've seen some questionable customer service skills today from both EE and Vodafone. Sort it out EE and managers need to help train your teams up so they actually know what they are selling to customers. - Zack & Leayah

We didnt purchase from EE today however the staff member we spoke to was the most polite and straight to the point out of every phone shop we went in. Was straight to the point, when challenged on price etc he didnt take offence calmly and politely explained the benefits and reasons behind thier price points. If we were not on a budget would definitely have purchased from here however they didnt have what we needed in our price point. Definitely by far the best experience with staff though, this is what customer service should be like. Well done.
