My cousin ordered a Nuprol rattle can spray on 26th November as a Christmas present for me, and it still hasn’t arrived. She has tried contacting the company multiple times, both by email and phone. Each time she’s been told someone will call her back — but no one ever does. There has been no meaningful help, no follow-up, and no resolution, which is extremely frustrating, especially given how long ago the order was placed. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them if you expect reliable delivery or support.

I had a problem with my ICS M1 Garand during the Victory Show and spoke to Steve about it at their stall. He immediately knew what the problem was and was very helpful and knowledgeable - even though I’d had the rifle for many years, Steve fixed the problem within a few minutes! Well done Fubar Bundy! Ordered a GBLS DAS GDR119 on 21st July after being told it would take around 10 working days. More than three weeks later it still hadn’t been made up or dispatched. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they refused, calling it a “limited edition/special order” even though it wasn’t customised for me. Communication was poor. I’ve been left out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.
