A great store to look for stuff you don’t easily find in other stores! The sale products at a certain hour of the day are a great deal! It is also a great place to eat in the Cafe area. The renovations and innovation about the staff uniforms is amazing and works perfectly with the brand colours!

It is christmas eve and we ordered a delivery from the store on uber eats. The bag was incorrectly labelled as mine and we got the wrong stuff. After speaking to a wonderful person over the phone they went above and beyond and drove all the way too us with replacement items because Uber was messing around for a refund. All this on Christmas Eve. I'm sorry we didn't get his name but he went above and beyond and is an absolute credit to your company!

Terrible! There's no staff at the checkouts causing significant delays, the self-service points are packed with people who struggle, can't or won't use them. Avoid this branch unless you want to die of old age whilst waiting 🚫

Staff seem more focused on their online order collections and divices to care or notice in store customers. Not paying attention to other customers and walking in front of me. Happened 4 times in one visit. Also when asked if they sell a type of product I was told they "don't honestly know" and went back to finding their online orders. While I appreciate the honest answer I would have liked them to seek further help in clarifying my query. Other wise a good stock of items but pretty pricey.

Morrisons always have a different view, Good to buy something different. Update: And have a Caffè to have a break while you shopping. Unfortunately, the Morrisons cafe lost about quality and customer service any time I am coming back .
