I came in store to fix my iPad , I explained iPad isn’t turning on I need everything fixing and I want everything to be new including screen. He said he will make everything new , I came to collect my iPad I trusted the brother I gave his money I came home and noticed iPad wasn’t working I thought he will make the whole iPad new but back screen was still broken he told me he can’t fix the back I will need to pay more. It was a very old iPad and I gave him £65 he didn’t really do anything ti do iPad and there was still a password on Apple id which isn’t erasing. I had a really and experience with him. He robbed my money , scammed me. It was a very old iPad and made me give him £65 when it should be less. I will definitely raise a formal complaint about this store.
