Training sessions are available Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30 – 9:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 – 9:00 PM, and Friday from 6:00 – 8:30 PM. Weekend training includes Saturday mornings from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM and Sunday evenings from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
