Bought a Nolan x804rs carbon helmet from Colin up at total biker accessories back in mid summer and from the factory the visor just didn’t mate up quite right Colin got the helmet shipped back to the main rep and was rectified in a quick manner keeping me informed outside of his working hours! I have bought a lot of items through Colin and also had my friends buy a lot and everything has been great the customer service I have received cannot be replicated by big franchise sellers, Colin takes the care of his customers as his number 1 priority and this is why I continue to shop here! You do not get customer service like this everywhere! Thanks again Colin you’re an absolute legend!

What can I say I would give Col 10 stars if I could. I went to see him on Sunday Morning wanting a full kit as a returning Biker after fifteen years plus. I got the full kit Helmet Jacket Trousers Boots Gloves Neck scarf for just under £600.00. As a proud Yorkshire man what a bargain all great quality and no sales pressure whatsoever. Popped in to have a nose around while I stopped off at the cafe. Loads of great stuff in, all premium brands, no cheap and nasty stuff. Didn't intend to buy anything, but got a great pair of gloves to compliment my existing pair, and even got a couple of quid knocked off the price too. Owner is friendly, listens to your needs, and also to my rabbiting on about nothing in particular! ;)

Brilliant shop selling quality stock. The owner takes the time to understand your needs and budget and show you what he thinks will suit your needs. I had a problem with a faulty helmet visor. He exchanged the helmet without quible for a dearer one, but offered me a fair discount for my inconvenience. Faultless service. I will be back again.
