At Manor Farm our 3 luxury cottages are the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all that the beautiful Yorkshire Coast has to offer. Lovingly converted from haylofts and stables dating back to 1810, the cottages offer all the modern conveniences and comfort you would expect, in a lovely courtyard setting with outside dining, private parking and shared gardens where you can watch the sunset from the Summer House and enjoy a BBQ.

‘The Barn’ is a beautiful 4 bedroom cottage for 8 people with space for children. There is a double room, a king bedroom, one twin and one super king bedroom which can be made into an additional twin if preferred. Each room has its own ensuite and TV and with a large living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen, it has everything you could want for a family holiday or celebration with friends. Exposed beams, wooden floors and solid wood furniture give this modern conversion a warm and homely feel.

‘Guillemot Cottage’ has a twin and double room, each with their own ensuite and a shared living room. Exposed beams, wooden floors and a wood burning stove make for an extra cosy stay. Guillemot is especially suited to those with limited mobility as it is all on the ground level except 2 steps to the twin room.

‘Puffin Cottage’ is lovingly converted from an old stable and hayloft into a luxury two storey, one bedroom cottage. With the bedroom and ensuite upstairs set against exposed chalk walls, and the living area downstairs with smoked pine floorboards, Puffin is a beautiful, snug hideaway.

All the cottages have washing machines, dish washers, linen and towels provided and all electricity, gas and WiFi is included. Children are welcome and cots and an extra child’s bed can be provided. Car parking is provided for each cottage. No pets are permitted in The Barn but Guillemot and Puffin can host one dog each for an additional charge.

Set in the ‘Yorkshire Nature Triangle’ we are just a walk away from the famous RSPB Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve. There are cliff top walks, miles of sandy beaches, coves and caves, cycle routes (The Tour de Yorkshire passes our door) and golf courses all within a few miles.
