Bridlington Caravan Centre

Bought a van from this company and travelled over 250 miles to collect it. It had an MOT on dated the day I picked it up and in the advert on Auto Trader it stated that the brake discs and pads had been ‘recently replaced’. The next day, after driving the 250 miles home, I had my trusted mechanic put it on his ramp to check it over. Turns out the front discs have never been replaced and are so thin that they should have never passed an MOT! He actually advised me not to drive it until they’re changed! Leads me to believe that the MOT isn’t even legit (I’ll be looking into this). Gave them a chance to rectify it by paying for the new brakes and basically got told that it was tough luck and they weren’t interested. It’s a shame really because I dealt with a chap called Koby who seemed decent but his manager wasn’t interested. It’s pure luck that the front brakes didn’t fail on the long journey home!!

Thanks to Jenny for all her help when we came to look around not sure what we were really looking for. And thanks to Ashley and the after sales team for there help sorting out those few little niggles. We love our new little getaway.

Five stars to Alison in after sales for continually communicating with Victory and getting most of our repairs done. Alison’s customer services skills are excellent. Bridlington caravans are lucky to have a employee like her who treats their customers with respect and compassion and nothing is ever to much for her.
