Customer service is excellent! Nothing is too much trouble and they have a lot of patience. I recently purchased some carpets for my new home and then the property went into probate, I called them to say they would now be a delay, they said they would store the carpets until it was sorted. No issues threats, just kindness and helpful. Thanks to Tony for his excellent customer service.

They were really helpful and agreed to cut 1/3 off a large remnant in store. Agreed a good price with decent underlay and fitting. There was some confusion on site as we had to arrange access via our cleaner (it's a holiday let). It took a little while but Rileyboys were good enough to put it right and now we have an installation I'm happy with.

Just had a sofa delivered today, the workers were extremely polite and friendly, very helpful too. Furniture quality is great, would definitely recommend shopping here.

What can I say, you walk through the door and greeted by a selection of sofas, follow the building through and you'll find the carpets,laminate, artificial grass,beds. Where are the sales team, their leaving you alone until your ready, their also NOT pushy if you want cheap n cheerful so be it, they will advise but not pushy at all.. we found this place by accident went in to look for a carpet, as soon as walking through the door saw a corner sofa exactly what we had been looking for, then found the carpet to go with it. Went looking for sales, found a nice gentleman who went through everything with us fron Start to finish, we also explained we were decorating the room and didn't want anything until all paper n paint was done, Not a problem they held it until we were ready. When ready sorted out a day for carpet fitted, when almost fitted the fitters contacted someone else for the sofa to be delivered, within a hour of fitters leaving, sofa arrived 👍👍 EVERY member of staff we met friendly, helpful, and NOTHING was too much trouble 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 fantastic team

Excellent service Purchased Carpets and King Size Bed from ordering to fitting and delivery brilliant service all the staff very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend thanks for your help.
