Beverley (St. Mary) Church Cemetery

A really nice place to walk around especially in the summer. However it's interesting all year round to see the range of wildlife that resides in the cemetery. It looks beautiful when the wildflowers are left to grow. There's also a good range of fungi to be seen. The graves are old and very interesting to read. There are websites where you can find out more information about any you may wish to know more about. The chapel seems to be closed up which is a shame as it would be nice to see inside. Also if you happen to walk around and take any photos of the wildlife, its a great help if you upload the photos to iNaturalist to be identified, as local groups are trying to keep a record of such.
