I had booked a table for 12:30 without realising that the lunch menu wasn't on until 1pm. Admittedly, I was a bit disappointed, but I ordered my breakfast (and a couple of Mojitos!) anyway. THERE WAS NO NEED TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!! What a gorgeous breakfast! I even ate the grilled tomato which I'm not usually too fond of. Everything was beautiful, but the Boston beans were a real stand out. The waitress was really friendly and made sure that the dog and I were well looked after. Great chilled out vibe. I can't wait to come back for the burgers!
Genuinely always one of the best menus in the area and no where like it either, so different and always 10/10. Recently had their small plates menu for the first time was amazing. Regular burgers and breakfast pancakes also brilliant!! Decorated so nice and staff are really friendly (and always a good playlist!!). Recommend to everyone!!
Had a Sunday brunch today and it was delicious. I had the vegan lemon curd and blueberry pancakes and the lemon curd was amazing as well as the pancakes, which were fluffy American style. You certainly got enough and was good value. I tried the hashbrowns too, really good with chips spice on 😁 Have been before for the burgers so knew it would be good. I will come back again!
Delicious food! All vegan offerings so a great place to come if you have veggie or vegan friends. We personally aren't vegan but we love the food so much. Lovely friendly staff and cosy atmosphere too 😊 we had the new brunch menu this visit and it was so good!
Called in today and enjoyed a great Sunday lunch at this fabulous and popular vegan bar. Vegan or not (I'm not), you cannot fault the food, service and ambience of this restaurant which is set in a lovely, grade 2 listed building. Andy has definitely crafted this offering of Sunday lunch, vegan style, very well. Juicy Marbles steak, fluffy & crispy roast potatoes, a selection of seasoned vegetables and the show stopper, a practically perfect in every way vegan Yorkshire pudding! There's a range of liquid refreshments available, from ice cold beers to fancy frothy coffee, or a simple builders brew, like I had today. I cannot fault this place one bit and highly recommend it to anyone, vegan or not.
