Great place to watch sport with drinks at decent prices. Then on a Friday and Saturday night it gets really busy with people enjoying themselves until the early hours with the DJ on their large dancefloor.
Traditional pub at one end and a modern sports bar at the other. Ideal for watching live sports in a spacious environment.

The Beaver is I think the one pub in Beverley I had never been in, after frequenting most of them for over 40 years. As a real ale drinker It was the John Smith's sign outside that put me off. However I decided to call in and I am glad I did. They have the usual range of beers you find in a John Smith's pub and two very nice hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. It's a nice pub inside a narrow frontage but the pub goes back a long way. The pub is very nicely done out There are pub games, and plenty of TV screens for watching sports. There's also TV showing music videos which was really good, not something you see in other pubs. The staff are very welcoming, there is outside seating and the pub is dog friendly. A really good pub I will definitely be back.
