Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm in Beverley for a Legal Secretary to join their busy team on a permanent basis. Title - Legal Secretary (Litigation) Location - Beverley – Office Based Salary - £25,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, ideally with a background in Litigation, to join a supportive and professional firm where you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of the department. Key Responsibilities as a Legal Secretary: Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners Prepare, format, amend, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and case files Manage solicitors' diaries, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings Assist with billing, invoicing, and time recording processes Support the onboarding of new clients, including AML and compliance checks Liaise with clients professionally via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Always handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Benefits: • Opportunity to join a reputable and established law firm • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Long-term career development opportunities We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £200.
