I booked an appointment with Neil Keogh to activate my power-of-attorney from my my mum so that I could deal with her accounts, and in fact close them as part of rationalising her rather complex financial affairs. Neil couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable or charming. A great listener, he got on with the job in hand whilst also making me feel very comfortable about the complexities. He rang a colleague in the POA department as part of the process and I spoke with her as well, and they were both absolutely brilliant. Thanks very much, it’s great to be able to pop in and sort out such complicated matters face-to-face.

Monday 29th September saw Neil in branch to upgrade my wife's credit card to a premier card after being refused. Neil left no stone unturned in getting Mandy ( Jacqueline Amanda Gray ) the card she wanted. Polite, professional and business like, humans are still v necessary, hope we do not lose too many more branches.

I love this branch. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly to me. They are always willing to give me time to go through things. Today Neil was his wonderful friendly self, a smile and ensuring that I did what I came in to do. Thank you.
