Asked for curtain bangs from a stylist here and got the worst hair cut of my life, at whatever length they should at least be even…… They were far too short and just straight across, choppy and both sides looked different. They were not blended in and didn’t frame my face at all despite asking her. First and last time I ever go to this salon. I asked for it to be changed 3 times and each time it essentially got worse so I just had to pay and leave, no was no saving it. I went home and my mum had to try and fix it and make each side less choppy and make it even. Just an experience with one stylist, not a representation of the business as a whole as I did get a free haircut for friends and family as it was my first time getting a cut here which would be a good deal. Very unfortunate that this happened and won’t be returning.

Past couple of times I have made an appointment they have been cancelled at last minute or had to be re-arranged. This included an appointment I booked months in advance for a holiday. Great service if you do actually get your treatment but I do not trust them to honour appointments.,

Incredibly happy with how my hair has turned out. I wasn't happy with a previous cut and colour which was done elsewhere, so I was quite nervous about rectifying it. I shouldn't have been nervous, felt completely at ease and in capable hands of a knowledgeable stylist. I have had lots of compliments since I had it done last night. My hair was in bad condition which is something I'm not used to. I had my hair treated with Olaplex, lifted and lightened and a toner. The colour is much more 'me' and I finally feel like myself again. I also had a trim to correct layers that were not sitting well on my head. I still need to grow my hair somewhat to get the desired look I'm going for, but I'm am much happier now with how it looks. I would highly recommend this salon. I can't tell you how happy I am. Have already booked my next appointment, I really can't see me going anywhere else now ☺️

I've been twice, I've love the gelantine offer. My hair has been absolutely amazing. Emily is excellent, I never like my hair when anyone else does it. But loved it after Emily has done it. Would recommend. Excellent experiences all round.

I had a Free Cut & Blow Dry voucher for here which I used this morning. De Lacy didn’t disappoint. I got asked more or less straight away if I would like a drink making, which arrived very well presented on a little tray. I then got my hair washed over at the basin but was asked if I would like the massaging reclining chair switched on, obviously I accepted haha, I was also given a short head massage whilst shampooing and conditioning my hair, which was a lovely added extra. The products used on my hair was lovely, you could tell they were of a high standard. I then had my hair cut and blow dried, I was very happy with the result. It wasn’t just the finishing result I was most impressed with it was the full salon experience and customer service I received, that sometimes does actually make your decision of whether to return or not, and I most definitely will be. Thank you :) unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the stylist but this lady definitely made the start of my day a good one.
