Right Car Beverley

Just visited garage twice in 2 weeks for periodical maintenance and at both occasion the car came back with the same issue. At first visit I thought maybe Christmas rush and just didn’t mention but on 2nd time I went back to reception and show photos. Simple paper cover (standard in other garages) would resolve any issues…

We have used Right Car in Beverley for quite a few years now. Firstly the car forecourt and is clean, inviting and professional. The salesperson I dealt with, Peter Pope was friendly, knowledgable and not too pushy. The cars are clean and every effort is made to ensure that the car you buy is spotless, both inside and outside. Dealing with them is quick and efficient. I have always been very happy with their service.

Purchased my car back in Sep/Oct 2025 having moved into the area from Leeds and was helped by Ross at the Beverley branch. Ross was great in answering all my questions and very efficient in dealing with my purchase which included a part exchange. A misunderstanding was resolved very quickly with Ross keen to make sure i was happy with the service i received, which i was. All the staff at this branch have been extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful. As a result, this will be my 'go to' branch for future purchases and service related requests.

Terrible Service , 1St time was doing the Service At this Place , Paid full ammount to get a decent service which is required which we all understand That the oil / Air filter has to be changed every year, when i was booking on the phone they said that it's gone be changed Everything what it requires i asked straight or is gone be changed - Air filter / Oil / Oil Filter /cabin filter - Advisor said Yes it's the basics so thats what everyone get But why i didin't? , Dropped The Car And what is got changed only Oil / Oil Filter , And Cabin Filter is this really worth then go and pay 300£? The Engine Bay was Not Even clean Loads of leafs around So how did Cabin filters then got changed if is full of leafs and we know that covers has to be removed to insert new ones at least good mechanic gone Blow them out , The car Was not even Cleaned after Service which normally every ford give vallet after , When i asked They told me is too late , At 16:00 is it too late? They left the Engine Oil marks on my steering Wheel The Rug was Dirty as well from the Engineers shoes....

I have had the pleasure of working with Right Car Beverley on two separate occasions now, both balloon set ups for different events. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, especially Gavin who is very professional and easy to talk to. Really professional company, who go above and beyond for their customers. Love working with them ☺️
