Absolutely shocking store or should I say staff member!! Ordered some transmission fluid to be collected today so rang this morning making sure it was in store which it was. I drove 25 minites to the store and nobody in sight. Waited 5 mins and still nobody so I rang the designated bell. No answer. Rang it again. No answer. I actuslly shouted hello to see if it would get anyone's attention but no look. Another 10 mins later I rang the store and said ive been stood at the counter 15 minutes!! The guy said ill get a member to come see you now. I heard him walk past and tell the lady there is a customer in the shop and she laughed out loud clearly knowing I'd been stood there!! She walked in full of hell clearly no apology nothing I said I did ring the bell and been stood here 15 minites. Her exact reply was get in touch with my managers and tell them we need more staff!! No apology no happiness just a very sour faced full attitude lady. She told me I should have pressed the bell which I explained I did and she said well obviously people keep there finger on it so its clearly not working!! Well if irs not working why tell me if should have pressed it!! Very very rude lady and a real let down to that store!!!

When I finally got there, just keep driving until you get to the end of the road, plenty of parking, simple to pick up the own reserved. The staff were helpful with a query I had. Will use again.

Well stocked with everything for the motorist, click and collect your order and it will be ready to pick up in a matter of minutes, I went to pick up my order and was served by a very helpful assistant, the only problem I had was finding the place, it could do with a bit more signage to locate the store with it being tucked to the back of a small industrial park with a very narrow twisting approach road. I'll know where it is next time.

Just a typical euro branch, same level of service to the one I have near me in hull. Friendly, helpful staff but parking here's a challenge of you have a huge car like mine.
