Halfords - Beverley

First time that I have used click & collect at Halfords. I bought a car windscreen cover which seems to be good quality & a fair price. I collected from the Beverley store & it was easy & straight forward. The lady on the desk was welcoming & efficient. I was only in the store a few minutes, was handed the parcel & was on my way. A good way to purchase items.

Dropped in for replacement headlight fitting. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the lights were fitted quickly and efficiently with no drama. When I fit car bulbs I usually can’t do it without swearing and losing skin from the back of my hand.

The staff, service, advice and guidance in the Beverley store is brilliant. Always available, happy to help and I have complete trust and confidence in the help they provide. They have replaced light bulbs and completed seasonal checks on our cars, cannot recommend them enough!

Prices for filters and oils now better than Euro car parts. Was all ready to collect when I arrived so very happy although no availability of sump plug/washer which is a little frustrating so off to competitors anyway but on the whole positive.

Amazing service all round. When getting my car seat fitted the women who fitted the car seat was lovely and helped fitted the seat. The staff members at beverly are very friendly and helpful
